Thank you so much for requesting more information about my “Thanks-FIT-ing” Boot Camp. November is here and that means the start of the busy holiday season. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle and forget to focus on the things that really matter…Family, friends, health, togetherness and gratitude. That’s exactly what we will be focusing on in this “Thanks-FIT-ing” Boot Camp. We are going to be working on getting fit, making healthy choices, fostering gratitude and being the best versions of ourselves. How are we going to do this? With daily motivation and accountability; the perfect fitness and nutrition plan tailored to your interests/goals; and daily gratitude journaling. Not only will we be focusing on YOU, but we will also be incorporating gratitude activities and workouts for the ENTIRE family (including the kids!) throughout the month.

❖  This is a 30 day boot camp, but it is only the FIRST STEP! I’d LOVE for you to share a little bit about your journey with me and what your goals are! My goal is to meet you where you’re at, and support you to achieve long term health! This is not a diet, but about pursuing a lifestyle that will give you more energy and confidence! This group will be run through a free app (My Challenge Tracker) where I, along with another fitness coach, will post daily. We will provide motivation, support, accountability, healthy recipes, and meal plan/prep ideas and tips. We will focus on simple, portion controlled, and balanced nutrition.  You will receive the Portion Fix which includes a 7-piece portion control container set, eating guide, large blue container & shaker cup. Family Fitness
