Now that the kids are back in school, I wake up every morning at 5:30 a.m. to get my workout in. I love the 30 minutes that I have to myself before the craziness of the morning routine begins, BUT I am not going to say that it is always easy to get up that early in the morning. The holiday season is upon us! With Thanksgiving a few days away and Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s Eve quickly approaching, it is hard to stay on track with healthy eating. Temptations are everywhere! From the holiday parties, to the extra sweets that your co workers bring into the office, it becomes increasingly hard not to give into temptation!
