Strawberry, Walnut, and Oat Shake

Strawberry season has officially begun and I can’t get enough of these sweet berries.  Every June we have a family tradition of going strawberry picking at a local farm and the kids love it.  We usually end up with strawberry juice stains on our clothes and lots of delicious berries to bring home. What is Shakeology and Why Do I Drink It?

What is Shakeology and why did I start drinking it? Those are great questions.  I will start by telling you that I was not a huge fan of protein/meal replacement shakes.  I had bad experiences with other popular shakes and I was very hesitant to try Shakeology. The more that I researched Shakeology, the more I became intrigued.  I started researching the ingredients in Shakeology.  Who really knows what Yakon Root, Reishi Mushroom or Moringa are?
