Fit Mom Feature~ Fitting In Fitness As A Mom of Little Ones

As a mom of two little boys, I know how hard it is to fit exercise into your daily routine. Sometimes you need to get a little creative and sneak in quick workouts whenever and however you can.  Today I am excited to have Jenny Bradford from Living Consciously as my Fit Mom Feature Guest Blogger!
