Now that the kids are back in school, I wake up every morning at 5:30 a.m. to get my workout in. I love the 30 minutes that I have to myself before the craziness of the morning routine begins, BUT I am not going to say that it is always easy to get up that early in the morning. The holiday season is upon us! With Thanksgiving a few days away and Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s Eve quickly approaching, it is hard to stay on track with healthy eating.
