September Self Care Bootcamp



Summer is officially coming to an end and that means the kids are back to school and it’s time to focus on getting back on track with our fitness and nutrition. My September Self Care starts bootcamp starts September 11th and  not only are we focusing on our fitness, but we are going to focus on taking care of ourselves physically and mentally. I will help you chose the right fitness program and nutrition plan to meet you needs, provide you with healthy recipes, help you dial in your nutrition without having to diet, teach you healthy habits that will be sustainable and most importantly I will motivate, support, and keep you accountable to reaching your goals!

I’ve been running these accountability groups for over 2 years now and am so proud to say I’ve been able to help hundreds of women see amazing results and most importantly help them to feel great about themselves!

So here is how we will get you feeling stronger and more confident this Fall! We will all be doing daily workouts at home and really focus on our nutrition. I will teach you what and how much you need to eat to see real results that last…and you DON’T need to give up all of the foods that you love.

Here are the details for my upcoming September Self Care Bootcamp…

❖  This is a 30 day boot camp, but it is only the FIRST STEP! I’d LOVE for you to share a little bit about your journey with me and what your goals are! My goal is to meet you where you’re at, and support you to achieve long term health! This is not a diet, but about pursuing a lifestyle that will give you more energy and confidence! It is completely possible, even with a busy schedule. We will work together to find the BEST program for your first 30 days and continue to look ahead each month thereafter.

❖  Oftentimes, the biggest piece that holds people back from reaching their health and fitness goals is a lack of accountability. As your coach, it will be an honor to create a safe place for you to be held accountable. If you fully commit to this, I am confident that you will leave this boot camp in the best shape of your life.


This group will be run through a free app (My Challenge Tracker) where I, along with another fitness coach, will post daily. We will provide motivation, support, accountability, healthy recipes, and meal plan/prep ideas and tips. As soon as you sign up, I will send you more information on how to use this app and a link to join the group! A week before the challenge officially begins, I’ll start posting in there to help you prepare and plan for success.

➢ PiYo:  This program is a pilates and yoga fusion from Chalene Johnson that mixes the best of both practices with the intensity of cardio and athletic conditioning. The results people achieve from this body-weight specific program are incredible! Don’t worry if you have little experience with pilates and/or yoga. Chalene breaks it down in the opening workout and makes sure your alignment is safe and your understanding is clear.
➢ 21 Day Fix:  Sure, you’ve seen the infomercials, but 21 Day Fix is a truly transformative program. The results in 3 short weeks and 30 minutes a day are unparalleled. This is the program that introduced many of my most successful challengers to their healthier lifestyles and has led to continued success for these same women. Trainer Autumn Calabrese incorporates cardio, free weights, pilates, and yoga to ensure your entire body gets fit

➢Shift Shop: This is newest program that was just released this month. It’s a 21 Day Ramp Up Program that incorporates cardio AND strength training workouts.  Each week you gradually increase the duration and intensity of the workouts. The first week the workouts start at 25 minutes, then during the second week they are 35, and by the third week they are 45 minutes! The nutrition plan changes week to week as well. You start with a better balance of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats with carbs being at the forefront, mostly from fruits and veggies with a few starches (yams and potatoes) and legumes (beans and peas) thrown in. In week 2 you cut back on the starchy carbs while increasing proteins, veggies, and healthy fats. Then starchy carbs are eliminated in week 3 to make way for your best results. This program is designed to shift your body and your mind!

➢ So many other programs await! You can get ripped with Body Beast, find your fitness alongside veterans and Tony Horton with  22 Minute Hard Core,  dance it away with Shaun T and Cize.  You will even have access to the 3-Week Yoga retreat, The Yoga Studio and plenty of extras, like the Fixate Cooking Show!
